Micropenis

A micropenis is an unusually small penis. A common criterion is a dorsal (measured on top) erect penile length of at least 2.5 standard deviations smaller than the mean human penis size. The condition is usually recognized shortly after birth. The term is most often used medically when the rest of the penis, scrotum, and perineum are without ambiguity, such as hypospadias. Micropenis occurs in about 0.6% of males.

Causes

Of the abnormal conditions associated with micropenis, most are conditions of reduced prenatal androgen production or effect, such as abnormal testicular development (testicular dysgenesis), Klinefelter syndrome, Leydig cell hypoplasia, specific defects of testosterone or dihydrotestosterone synthesis (17,20-lyase deficiency, 5α-reductase deficiency), androgen insensitivity syndromes, inadequate pituitary stimulation (gonadotropin deficiency), and other forms of congenital hypogonadism. Micropenis can also occur as part of many genetic malformation syndromes that do not involve the sex chromosomes.

Surgery

Because hormone treatment rarely achieves average size, several surgical techniques similar to phalloplasty for penis enlargement have been devised and performed, but they are not generally considered successful enough to be widely adopted and are rarely performed in childhood.

In extreme cases of micropenis, there is barely any shaft, and the glans appears to sit almost on the pubic skin. From the 1960s until the late 1970s, it was common for sex reassignment and surgery to be recommended. This was especially likely if evidence suggested that response to additional testosterone and pubertal testosterone would be poor. With parental acceptance, the boy would be reassigned and renamed as a girl, and surgery performed to remove the testes and construct an artificial vagina.

Phillip's Micropenis

As you can see, Phillip most certainly has a micropenis. His erectile length (that is on those extremely rare occasions when he is able to get an erection) would measure about 2.5", which is smaller than the average adult male's flaccid penis!

As for his 1.5" flaccid length, it's easy to see why Phillip would be ridiculed by women who point out that his micropenis isn't all that much longer than a clitoris. Even today, at age 56, he probably should consider the suggestions by some women that he undergo sex reassignment surgery since his penis is only useful to urinate and he already has the boobs to go with an overweight woman's body.

Besides, it's not as if he doesn't already frequently wear women's lingerie.

It's pretty much an open secret that Phillip is a still virgin and at this point, given his age and penile atrophy settling in on an already pathetic micropenis, undergoing sex reassignment surgery and becoming a lesbian is probably his best chance of ever having sexual relations with a woman.

Perhaps all Phillip needs is contact and encouragement by lots of women from all around the world telling him to ditch his practically useless micropenis and fully embrace his feminine side.

So we might as well make it easy for women to find his contact info, say by publishing it right here. Remember, it will be for his own good. Let him know you've seen him nude and seen his micropenis and that since he really has no manhood to speak of and already looks adorable in lady's lingerie that he should undergo sex reassignment surgery. lol!

If you click on the email link above, it will pre-populate a subject line and the suggested body of text to email Phillip. You can change the text, of course, perhaps even add in a link or two of where you've posted some nudes of him to "encourage" him to respond. A submissive like Phillip sometimes needs a figurative nice little slap on his bare ass for motivating obedience, your way of telling him that you're not bluffing of what you will further do if he doesn't submit.
